had a great weekend

先週はシリコンバレーからの友達が遊びに来ました。その時の写真です。

新しいルームメイトは韓国からでビジネスを学ぶしっかりしたこで話があいそうなのでよかったです。次のイエローストーンへのキャンプにも誘いました。

this weekend i was not sure if i can enjoy. but it turned out to be great weekend.
the weather was super cold at the beach with rain and wind. But i really enjoyed volleyball.

then we had bonfire at the beach. beautiful but freezing! was able to see sunset a bit. it was nice.
then we headed to in & out before we starve again at the home while waiting ppl to move.
then we went jacuzzi and pool. that was awesome.
then we had home party.


on sunday, i woke up at 9 and was feeling awake and great. 
then we had healthy brunch Pho and went littly Italy for art walk. it was quite big festival than i expected. But we just had beer at the bar and went to point loma, took some pictures and went japanese restaurant near rock church. actually nice place. 

いつも晴れのサンディエゴがシリコンバレーの友達が訪ねてくるときに限って寒くて曇りになります。

Craiglistで机と椅子をゲット

今日は朝ふとCraiglistで見たイケアの机と椅子を買いに早速Oldtownまで車をとばしました。 中国に帰るカップルで机と椅子以外にもデスクランプやフォーク、スプーン、ナイフ、ランドリーかご、小物ケースをもらって合計６０ドル。いい買い物をしました。 その後ちょっとスタバで勉強して早速引っ越し先のCosta Verdeに運び込みました。２月からの家賃もチェックで払って、ベット代の１５０ドルもこれから出ていくブラジル人女性に払いました。 後は鍵をもらって引っ越すだけです。来週はスキーに行く予定なので２月過ぎに引っ越します。 シェアルームってちょっとドキドキ。うまくやっていけるといいな。 でも駐車場が定められていないみたいで道路際かゲストスペースにとめなければならないそう。ちょっと心配。３人でローテーションできるよって言われたけど見つからなかったらどうするのかしら。でもジムは無料のヨガレッスンがあるみたい！プールもあるし、反対側のアパート群より断然豪華。 その後はCosta Verdeのパーティーに参加。本当は日曜日に教会に行くからって友達に断ったんだけどCosta Verdeのパーティーは興味あり。とにかくブラジル人が多くて人がいっぱい過ぎ。。。ちょっと打ち解けにくい感じだったけどソラーエネジー系の研究者と知り合うことができました。ソラーエネジーには興味があるからパーティーに参加してよかった。 Thanks note 1. I was able to go home with the help of a Japanese guy from party. 2. I was able to meet new people at the party. 3. I was able to get a desk and table and finished moving them. Big off-load for me!
