On the 3rd day, first they took me to Villa Manin,  a villa of Doge of Venice.  The  Doge   of Venice was the  chief magistrate  and leader of the  Most Serene Republic of Venice  for over a thousand years.   The  Republic of Venice  existed for over a millennium, from the late 7th century until 1797.   I heard Napoleone  was also there.
